Juniper is a blend of 6 different varieties of fresh peppers (not fermented) including mild and medium hot peppers. With all fresh peppers, without any fermentation, you will taste the delicious flavours that mixing all these delicious peppers together along with our standard aromatics. Together with Smoky Mountain, this variety is one of our milder versions. We consider it a medium hot heat.
